Wedding Photography Terms and Conditions

In the following terms and conditions Philippa Jeffs Location Photography is referred to as PJLP and the bride and groom are referred to as the clients. The date on the booking form is referred to as the booked date.

• A deposit is to be made on booking and half of the balance is payable six weeks prior to the booked date with the final amount payable on collection of the preview album. No preview will be released without payment in full.
• PJLP shall be the sole professional photographer at the wedding. The client will assist the photographer in preventing any interference in her duties.
• PJLP will have artistic license in relation to composition and creativity of images and locations. Circumstances may dictate that the quantity and style of the photographs may be compromised (e.g. weather, restrictions enforced by officials in charge of venue, late arrival of wedding party), therefore PJLP will endeavour to accommodate requests from clients but will not guarantee to include any specific pose, group or location.
• Any further prints or albums are to be paid for upon ordering. Prices are fixed at time of booking. Reprints and additional services are charged at their current price.
• Orders need to be placed within 28 days of receiving the preview album.
• Re-orders - shall be treated as an extension of this contract and charged. All reprints that are made will be presented mounted ready for framing.
• Copyright of the photographs remains with Philippa Jeffs Location Portraiture, this is a standard condition of all professional photography.
• PJLP reserves the right to use photographs for promotional purposes such as website and marketing material solely for PJLP. Any other purposes PJLP shall request written confirmation from client.
• The due performance of this contract is subject to any alteration or cancellation by PJLP owing to any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract, PJLP liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid.
• PJLP are not liable for consequential loss however caused and is not responsible for any other loss or damages emotional or otherwise.
