Portrait Photography Terms and Conditions

In the following terms and conditions Philippa Jeffs Location Photography is referred to as PJLP and the customer is referred to as the client. The session date and time on the booking form is referred to as the booked date.

• To secure the booked date a non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable to PJLP
• In the event that the client is unable to attend the booked date a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. After this time the booked date is considered fixed.
• In the event that PJLP has to cancel the booked date for reasons beyond its reasonable control (e.g. accident, sickness, injury), PJLP will provide alternative booking dates or limit liability to a refund of all fees paid including the deposit.
• No final images will be released without payment in full.
• Viewing of photographs to take place in the studio.
• Any further prints are to be paid for upon ordering. Prices are fixed at time of booking. Reprints and additional services are charged at their current price.
• All reprints that are made will be presented mounted ready for framing.
• Copyright of the photographs remains with PJLP. This is a standard condition for all professional photography.
• Images in whole or part may not be used or edited, adapted or otherwise altered or sold or distributed in any form for personal use or for publicity, marketing or advertising without the prior written approval of PJLP. Where written permission has been approved each image must be clearly credited with PJLP's website and telephone number
• PJLP reserves the right to use photographs for promotional purposes such as website and marketing material solely for PJLP. Any other purposes and PJLP shall request written confirmation from the client.
• The due performance of this contract is subject to any alteration by PJLP owing to any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract, PJLP liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid.
• PJLP is not liable for consequential loss however caused and is not responsible for any other loss or damage, emotional or otherwise.
• The client will have read and understood the Booking Form and Terms and Conditions and accept that this contract becomes effective upon receipt by PJLP of the deposit.
